Would you like to introduce yourself? (Name, age if applicable, job, place of residence if applicable, etc.)
I’m Aneta Nedyalkova, 44 years old. I’ve worked in sales for a long time, but for the last three years I’ve been working in property management. I live in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria. I’m married and have a daughter who’s 10 years old.
What do you get up to when you’re not here at Nepata?
I spend most of my time with my family, but I also enjoy spending time with friends and colleagues.
What’s your impression of the company so far? / What do you particularly value about Nepata as an employer?
My first impression of Nepata is very positive. I’m really glad I decided to return to sales and, in particular, to join Nepata.
How would your perfect working day begin?
My perfect working day would start by checking my inboxes and drawing up a to-do list for the day.
What are your keys to success?
Team spirit and mutual support in every situation are the surest route to overall success, but also to individual success.
How do you deal with stress at work?
In stressful situations, I try to take deep breaths and maintain a positive mindset. After work, I do plenty of exercise and practise meditation to relieve stress.
What is important to you when working with your colleagues?
For me, mutual support, honesty and the ability to say ‘no’ sometimes when there’s really no other option are important. I also value always finding a solution and never ignoring either colleagues or customers.
Do you have any unusual preferences when it comes to documentaries?
Yes, I like films about Van Gogh.
Do you have an embarrassing nickname, and if so, please tell us all about it!
I don’t have an embarrassing nickname, but I have a good memory. I can often remember things that nobody else can. That’s why my friends and family often tease me about it.
Are you a ‘get-up-straight-away’ sort or a ‘snooze-button-presser’?
Both. It depends on the situation. In the mornings when I’m getting up, I’m more of a snooze-button-pusher, but when I have an interesting idea, I’m a ‘jump-out-of-bed’ type (if you can use those terms in different contexts).
What was the last good deed you did?
I donated blood the other day.
Are you more of a ‘learning by doing’ sort of person, or do you prefer theory?
I’m more of a ‘learning by doing’ sort of person.
Which film have you watched the most times so far?
*Home Alone* (very embarrassing, isn’t it?) My child is 10. That explains it.
Never drink beer or wine again, or never drink coffee again?
Tough question, but I’d say never have coffee again. I’m currently trying to give up coffee and have been drinking just one small espresso a day for several years now.
If you could learn a language overnight – which one would it be and why?
Japanese. Because I reckon that’s the only way to learn it.
