Hello! My name is Mihail Nikolov, I’m 23 years old and I support the Nepata team in Technical Support. I’m from Bulgaria, where I also live and work remotely for the most part.
How long have you been part of the team at Nepata?
I’m brand new here and I’m looking forward to contributing my experience and knowledge.
What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working at Nepata?
I’m very active, love working out and prefer to spend my free time outdoors in nature.
What do you particularly value about Nepata as an employer?
In my first two weeks here, I’ve already had some very positive experiences. Above all, I appreciate the strong team spirit and the support I’ve received.
How would your perfect working day begin?
In the traditional way – with a cup of coffee!
Is there a cliché about your department that’s actually true?
Yes, that’s absolutely true – two heads are better than one. Working as a team simply produces the best results.
How do you cope with stress at work?
So far, I’ve been lucky enough not to have experienced any stress, but I’m curious to see how things develop and how I’ll cope with it.
What’s particularly important to you when working with your colleagues?
It’s important to me that we all develop a good understanding of one another and work together effectively.
Do you have any unusual preferences when it comes to documentation?
No, not really.

Not yet, but I’m sure that could change over time.
Do you prefer hands-on learning or theory?
Definitely learning by doing.
Which film have you watched the most times so far?
That would be ‘Interstellar’.
Never drink beer or wine again, or never drink coffee again?
I’d rather do without wine.
If you could learn a language overnight, which one would it be and why?
Italian would be my choice, simply because it’s a beautiful language and I love the culture and the food.
