Creative holiday programmes in Pörnbach and Wolnzach – colourful highlights with our machines and new DTF printing facility

As a company with deep regional roots, we at the Nepata Group are deeply committed not only to developing innovative machinery, but also to playing an active role in our local community. This summer, we had the pleasure of helping to organise two holiday programmes in Pörnbach and Wolnzach. For the first time, we were able to incorporate our brand-new DTF print shop into the creative projects – and the result was simply stunning!

Our machines are renowned for their precision and user-friendliness in textile finishing. This year’s holiday programmes provided us with the perfect opportunity to demonstrate, in practice, how our machines work in tandem with the new DTF print shop. The children were able to create their own colourful designs and bring them to life using our machines – and to an impressively high standard.

With the DTF printing facility, we have added a new dimension to textile finishing to our repertoire. This technology enables us to transfer full-colour, detailed designs onto textiles quickly and easily. The children were thrilled when they saw their own designs appear in vibrant colours on bags and T-shirts – all thanks to our machines and the DTF printing facility.

During the holiday programmes, we were able to demonstrate the versatility of our machines. The Secabo TC7 LITE transfer press, with its slide and interchangeable plates, made pressing the DTF transfers a breeze. Our cutting plotters demonstrated their strengths by preparing the designs for the transfers precisely and efficiently. The combination of these technologies enabled the children to turn their creative ideas into finished products quickly and easily.

The introduction of DTF printing into our production line was a significant step that enables us to respond even more flexibly to our customers’ needs. This technology has proved to be an invaluable asset in our holiday programmes, as it has allowed the children to bring their ideas to life in a riot of colour. DTF printing not only produces vibrant, detailed designs, but is also particularly durable and wash-resistant – ideal for children’s lively and active everyday lives.

As a company based in Wolnzach, we feel a duty to support our local area and give something back. Taking part in the holiday programmes in Pörnbach and Wolnzach was a wonderful opportunity to put our machines and the new DTF print shop to use locally and to give the children an unforgettable experience. It was inspiring to see how much fun they had designing their own textiles and how proud they were of the results.

The successful integration of our machines and the DTF print shop into the holiday programmes shows that technology and creativity can go hand in hand. The children’s beaming faces are the best proof that we are on the right track.
